What the site collects
Nothing, by itself. These pages contain no third-party scripts of any kind. Your cart is saved in your own browser's storage and is sent nowhere until you choose to email an order.
What we see when you order
When you send an order by email, we see what's in it: your name, your email address, the phone number and emirate you provide, and any notes you add. We use it to fulfil that order and nothing else.
What we never do
We don't run analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind on this site. We don't profile you, and we don't sell or share what you send us — it is used to handle your order and to answer you.
Your cart lives in your browser
Cart contents are stored in your browser's local storage under our domain. Clearing your browser data empties it. It is not a file we hold; it is yours.
Email correspondence
When you email us, we keep the thread so we can serve your order. Ask us what we hold about your order and we'll tell you; ask us to delete a completed order thread and we will.
Changes to this page
If this policy ever changes, the page changes and so does the date at the top. We won't quietly rewrite it under you.
